What was your favorite feature?
It is a tie between the unique lace pattern and the gorgeous bell sleeves. When I saw this dress at the boutique I was drawn to the gorgeous lace. The bridal shop sold me the off the shoulder sleeve, it was only once I went home and googled the gown to see more photos of it that I saw the bell sleeves!!! I called the shop right away to order them, they are absolutely stunning, I thought I would remove them for the reception but I never did because they were just so gorgeous I didn't want to.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
So amazing! When I went to the store, I thought being a curvier bride I would not want to even touch a fitted gown. We went to The Curvy Bride in Manalapan NJ, Bronson was the first gown I tried there because I was so drawn to the unique lace and I was instantly sold. The gown hugged all of my curves so perfectly, it was gorgeous, sexy romantic and dramatic. Yes a fitted gown makes things like sitting not as comfortable but that honestly didn't matter in comparison to how I looked and felt.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
Our wedding was at a country club, we had our ceremony outdoors, tucked away in the woods. It felt so romantic and magical hidden away in the trees. We wanted our wedding to be a really fun day, to bring all of our families and friends together to party and celebrate, and party is exactly what we did! Once dinner was over, we never left the dance floor, our guests danced all night long with us and it was the best time.
