What was your favorite feature?
I loved the slit on this dress; it was soooo perfect!! I received so many compliments on the simplicity of this dress, yet somehow it was still jaw-droppingly elegant and show stopping. Plus it fit like a glove! The buttons on the back were also just to DIE for - not to mention, it has pockets!! The perfect mix of old Hollywood and modern simplicity.
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I felt like the most beautiful person in the world in my wedding dress! It was perfectly me - I couldn’t have asked for anything more suitable for my big day!
I’m not one to wear dresses very often and wasn’t very optimistic when I went wedding dress shopping, but when my local store got this dress sample in by accident (I had actually ordered a different sample in), I knew it was meant to be! The perfect dress for me.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
Our wedding was set outdoors, on the shores of beautiful Lake Superior. We had all of our closest friends and family near, and felt so much love on our big day. Being an outdoor wedding, it was the labour of love and we wouldn’t have had it any other way! We loved every single moment of the day and being in my perfect dress made the day even more magical!
