Summer Wedding at Rocky Mountain National Park
What was your favorite feature?
I don’t think there was a single part of my wedding dress that I didn’t love, but my favorite feature out of all of them would definitely have to be that gorgeous botanical detailing in the lace. Words can’t describe how intricate and beautiful those flower and vine designs are!
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
I’m a jeans and t-shirt kind of girl, so I’ll admit I was a bit apprehensive about wedding dress shopping. I remember as soon as I put this dress on, I immediately could tell it was special--it just felt right. On my wedding day, this dress made me feel like absolute royalty! Between the hint of sparkle and the floral lace detailing, I felt like a garden goddess (which was perfect for our wedding ceremony at Rocky Mountain National Park).
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
7 years ago, my now husband and I went to Rocky Mountain National Park to explore and take photos for our 1st date. Last weekend, we returned to RMNP and got married in the presence of our immediate families. We recited our vows to each other while standing in a field of wildflowers, surrounded by Colorado’s beautiful mountains and forests. I wish I could say I remember more details of the day, but it was all such a blissful blur! I'm just ecstatic to finally be married to my best friend!
