Tiffany made me feel like a real-life princess
What was your favorite feature?
I had 2 favorite features of Tiffany.
The first was the detachable sleeves. I wanted a long sleeved lace dress, but I also wanted a southern summertime wedding. So when I discovered that detachable sleeves were an option, it was like a dream come true! I could wear the sleeves if I felt like it, and still take them off if I got too hot.
My second favorite feature was the a-line skirt. I wanted a skirt that would twirl, but didn’t want a huge ball gown. So Tiffany had the perfect amount of skirt!
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
Tiffany made me feel like an absolute princess.
My husband had expressed early on that he would prefer I didn’t get a huge ball gown so that he could get close to me without the skirt getting in the way. So Tiffany had the perfect amount of skirt to satisfy both of us - full enough to twirl like a princess, but not so big that it was in the way.
The train and the beading on the lace also helped add to the elegant, princess vibe.
I also need to mention that the support in the top was phenomenal!
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
Our wedding was at Castle Ladyhawke in the Smoky Mountains in North Carolina. Having our wedding in a house styled after a Scottish border castle basically required a fairytale princess dress, and Tiffany fit the bill perfectly.
We had 76 people at our destination wedding, and it was absolutely perfect. I now understand why people call their wedding “the best day ever” - having all your favorite people come together to celebrate your love and marriage to your best friend.
