So Comfortable for a 14 Hour Day!

What was your favorite feature?

I loved the way that it looked so natural and beautiful when it was both flowing AND bustled. It was so easy to dance and move in throughout the day.

How did you feel in your wedding dress?

I felt gorgeous! The dress flattered me so well and I'm so thankful to Maggie Sottero for that. I was comfortable throughout the whole day. Sitting down to eat, dancing, and taking all of our pictures were easy to do in this gown. I felt better than I ever have in my wedding dress.

Tell us a little about your wedding day.

Our wedding day was very emotional. I suffered a very serious pulmonary embolism a month before, so the tears were flowing on our big day. We opted for a first look so that we could spend the day together and the pictures were well worth it on their own. The day was spent with our closest friends and family and we wouldn't change a thing. It was a New Year's Eve wedding and we rang in the new year in the best way possible. We even surprised everyone with a choreographed first dance!
