What was your favorite feature?
the neckline! getting married in new orleans, i wanted a dress that was simple and classic, but i still wanted to feel bridal. the neckline was just enough of a feature to look interesting but not be “over the top.”
How did you feel in your wedding dress?
i felt amazing in my dress. one of my favorite moments of my wedding was my 2 year old daughter when she saw my dress. she was in awe. we are two months after the wedding, and she still asks everyday to see mommy’s wedding dress.
Tell us a little about your wedding day.
my husband and i got married in the middle of jackson square, french quarter, new orleans. we eloped with a small group of 22 of our family and closest friends. the day was easy going and fun, and ended with an i do, a kiss, and (our favorite part) a brass jazz band second line guiding us dancing through the streets of the french quarter. it was a perfect day.
