Midgley Bride: Hayley Hackett wearing Katharine

Today we’re spotlighting our stunning Midgley Bride, Hayley, and her gorgeous outdoor wedding! Hayley, who saw Katharine years before getting engaged, knew she had to have this dress for her big day.  After visiting four retailers that carried Sottero & Midgley, Hayley finally got her chance to try on her dream gown… and the rest is dress history. Favorite part about the dress: “My favorite part of this dress was the combination of etched lace and beading. I wanted something that sparkled, but I also wanted lace. This dress was unlike any other lace dress I had ever seen. I especially loved the jeweled belt – I couldn’t help but feel like this dress was just meant to be!”

Favorite wedding day moment: “Walking back down the aisle with husband. Everything looked beautiful, I hadn’t fallen on my fave while walking down [the first time], and most importantly, we were married!”

Advice to future brides: “Don’t forget to put personality into  your wedding! My favorite weddings, and the aspects of my own wedding that I received the most compliemtns on, were the parts that were so obviously representative of my husband and I.”
