Maggie Bride: Tori Webster
Our Maggie Bride Tori has the love story of a lifetime. She and her husband Phillip, met on a blind date. “I always thought it was so cheesy when I would hear women say, ‘I knew the moment I met him that he was the one!’ But within the first few days of only talking to him on the phone, I knew he was the one.” After a few months of long-distance dating, Phillip made the move and commuted an hour each way to work so he could live near Tori. They got engaged, and the hunt for the perfect gown began. “From the moment I discovered Maggie Sottero, I knew I absolutely had to have one of these amazing dresses. My mom was helping me, and picked out a few dresses for me to try on. I walked into the dressing room and saw the most beautiful dress I had ever seen! I walked out of the fitting room and saw myself in the mirror… I knew it was the dress. The first and last dress I tried on.” We’re enamored with Tori and Phillip’s fairytale wedding below…. Favorite part of the dress: “How can I pick only one favorite part of this amazing dress! I absolutely adored EVERYTHING about it! The fit was to die for! It provided so much support! I didn’t have to worry about being uncomfortable, or having to adjust myself while dancing at the reception. The floral pattern with crystal accents fit perfectly with our outdoor floral wedding. Out of all the fabulous things this dress had to offer, my absolute favorite part was the dramatic texture of the skirt! It was so elaborate and fun. It made the dress so different from others I had seen, and added that “WOW” factor that every bride wants. It was the final touch to making me feel like the most beautiful bride! ”
Favorite wedding day moment: “My favorite wedding day moment was riding up to the ceremony in a horse drawn carriage with my dad by my side, and looking down the aisle to my soon to be husband, Phillip. I have honestly never seen a smile so big! It was so contagious. All of my nerves were calmed, and my heart melted when I saw him. It was truly the moment I had been waiting for since I was a little girl. It was everything I had ever dreamed of, and more!”
Advice for future brides: “My advice for future brides is to take time to enjoy the planning and don’t sweat the small stuff. It goes by so fast, and no matter how chaotic the planning may be, you really want to be able to enjoy every single minute of it. Don’t get so caught up in things that you can’t relax and enjoy all of the little details. Minor things will go wrong, there is no way to stop that. However, at the end of the day you will be married to the man of your dreams, and that is the only thing that really matters. It is your day! Soak up every tiny bit of it you can! ”
Your wedding in one word: “Perfect.”
