Q: What are the essential items a bride should bring when trying on a wedding dress?

A: “Bring pictures of dresses you’ve seen on Pinterest, Instagram, our website or in magazines. Most importantly, bring an open mind. Sometimes, a gown you wouldn’t ordinarily consider ends up being your dream wedding dress!”

Q: What tips do you have for brides who aren’t sure how to choose a dress?

A: “Just be open to trying on gowns, and allow your trained consultant to assist you. They’re there to help you find the gown of your dreams.”

Q: What trends are you seeing in your region?

A: “We’re seeing a lot of strapless gowns. We also love the illusion back trend, and lots of layered skirts!”

Q: What is your favorite part about working with brides?

A: “Our favorite part about working with brides is being able to be involved in assisting a bride with such an important decision in her life.”

Q: Which Maggie Sottero/Sottero & Midgley gown would you choose to wear for your wedding?

A: Cassandra! It has a beautiful bodice, with just enough of a dramatic flair with the skirt. The illusion off the shoulder neckline is absolutely gorgeous.”

Q: What is your favorite bridal trend?

A: “We love a lace sheath gown, with a low or illusion back.”

Q: If you could tell brides one thing, what would it be?

A: “Don’t stress! Everything will come together, and your gown will find you.”
